After a season spent off-the grid, this is my must-have starter Summer Pantry Checklist to help you whip up delicious meals all summer long.
Oil & Vinegars
- EVOO – I use extra virgin olive oil every day. I just love it. For authentic EVOO, buy from a farmer or grower you trust!
- Canola Oil – It has a high smoke point and you will need it when frying or making homemade popcorn.
- Vinegars – Red and/or White wine, Cider, Balsamic, Rice and White Vinegar
